ABOUT ME

Qualified in Vinyasa and Prenatal yoga, my aim is to share yoga with anyone and everyone who shows an interest - no matter your age, size, gender, background or ability level. I believe yoga should be easily accessible and inviting to everyone.

Located in Barnsley, South Yorkshire I taught pre-covid classes on behalf of Hotpod Yoga in both Rotherham and Chesterfield. I currently offer online classes, 1:1 classes both in person and in an online format and prenatal classes by appointment. Since October 2020, I've taught classes on behalf of Revive Fitness in Rotherham and Burntwood Court in Barnsley.

VINYASA YOGA

Morning or Evening Stretches, Strong and Slow Flows

Work the body and calm the mind with this 45 minute online Vinyasa style class. We'll focus on all areas of the body, strengthening and conditioning our muscles and releasing and calming our minds. Suitable for all levels, tailored to either energise ready for the day ahead, or sweat out and release from the day done.

My Strong Flow class is designed for those with a few classes under their belts and are looking to step it up a gear, whilst the Slow Flow offers restorative postures staying low to the ground for a chilled out dreamy practice.

PRENATAL YOGA

Specifically designed for Mums to be

Whether you're experienced in yoga and Motherhood, or approaching an entirely new part of your life come together and meet like minded Mums to be in my prenatal classes. Focused on making space in your body for your baby and preparing you for the changes your body and mind are about to embark upon, prenatal yoga can be a wonderful way to prepare for the arrival of your child.

Private yoga sessions can be a great way of upping levels to push your practice or breaking things down to deepen your knowledge and postures. All 1:1 classes will be customised to your requirements and are fully adaptable to your needs. Open to all levels.
